At SilverHollow Jewellery, we want you to be completely enchanted by your hand-finished pieces. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization Number.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully place the jewellery in its original branded box and secure it within a padded mailer to ensure it remains protected during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked postal service of your choice to send the package back to our studio for inspection.
Receive Your Refund
Once our artisans verify the condition of the piece, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
