All SilverHollow pieces are crafted from high-quality 925 Sterling Silver. Some designs feature 18k gold plating or ethically sourced gemstones, which are detailed in the specific product descriptions.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the country. International orders may take 7-14 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
How should I care for my silver jewellery?
To maintain shine, avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and chlorine. Store your pieces in a cool, dry place and use a soft microfibre cloth to gently polish away any natural oxidation.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, we offer a 12-month warranty covering any manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or loss of items.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
